Jinhai webinar shared the key points to choose the right FMD vaccine 

A webinar of topic How to choose a vaccine to prevent FMD in the autumn season was held by Jinhai on 8th Sep. Dr. Juan Rodriguez Persico presented the highly standardized manufacturing process, stabilization, safety, high potency, and cross-protection of Jinhai O+A FMD vaccine. The audience responded enthusiastically that night, attracting nearly 150,000 people to watch.

Jinhai O+A FMD vaccine is produced by using Biogenesis Bago technology, with a high standard of quality, stabilization, safety, and potency. Jinhai uses the HPLC+DLS detection method to monitor antigen content and integrality during processing as well as the final product. The emulsion technology can ensure the majority of vaccine particle size around 0.5μm and lasting at least 18 months.
Jinhai also did a large number of trials in China, the result shows that Jinhai O+A FMD vaccine is safe to sows and piglets. In total 259,300 pigs, only 0.005% of pigs presented stress reactions after vaccination. ELISA test result shows that Jinhai O+A vaccine can stimulate antibody quickly and last 6 months in animal body; VNT and challenge trials result shown that Jinhai O+A FMD vaccine can protect pigs against the most epidemic strain in China, including O/SEA/Mya-98, O/CATHAY, O/ME-SA/PanAsia, and A/Sea-97 strains.
